Sue is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), has her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her B.A. in Government. She is a proud student of the Groundlings School of Improvisation in Hollywood, CA, where she first learned about emotional range and the “yes-and” approach from the best in the industry.

Ann is a global business development leader with a passion for helping people and organizations grow. Her career spans healthcare, higher education, finance, and pharma—where she’s known for building trust-based partnerships and delivering measurable results. With experience across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Ann brings cultural fluency and a people-first approach to every engagement. She’s an award-winning sales executive and strategic thinker who makes complex challenges feel manageable.
